Where are you located?

We are centrally located in the historic Garland District of Spokane, Washington. You can find us at 2011 W. Garland Avenue – just down the street from one of our favorites, The Rocket Bakery!

If you'd like to visit with us directly, come to the Garland Church office at 2106 W. Providence. Our office hours are 9:00am – 1:00pm, Tuesday through Thursday.

What are your services like?

We meet for our primary worship service every Sunday morning at 9:00am. Our church services are casual and community-focused – we want to know you and be known! Anyone and everyone is welcome; no exceptions.

Our service features a blend of traditional and contemporary elements. You'll have the opportunity to worship through beloved hymns and modern classics and hear the Word in a variety of forms.

If you are seeking space to be alone and quiet with God, join us prior to our Sunday service for time of reflection during our contemplative service at 8:30am. We highly encourage everyone to attend both.

Kids stay with us in the sanctuary through worship and are dismissed to Kids Crew during announcements. After service, kids are returned to their parents in the sanctuary.

As someone new to Garland, are there expectations of me?

Come as you are. We mean that. As an attendee, there are no expectations held for you. Just come to learn, come to worship, and give us a chance to show you Christ.

If Garland seems like a good fit in the end, stay!

Is Garland associated with a particular denomination?

As a community, we are passionate about taking the Good News to those in every segment of our broken world, pouring into the people both here in Spokane and all over the world. Learn more about Garland's particular areas of local ministry and global ministry.

Can I meet your kids workers before allowing my child to join your classroom?

Certainly! Our classroom teachers are available most Sundays and can be contacted through the office or by email. We absolutely encourage you to get to know our team.

May I stay with my child for the entire class?

No. Garland Church spends extensive time interviewing each teacher before placing them in a Kids Crew classroom. After background checks, training and experience assisting other more experienced teachers, all our Kids Crew leaders are capable of ensuring each child is well cared for.

You can learn more about our process selecting teachers by speaking with our Children's Director, Amy.
